| | Uh-oh! Look what's updated!
Hello friends and enemies. Since I last joined you, many things have changed.. essentually all for the better...
Minus the fact that fucking Steelers have lost 3 straight..
As most of you know, my lovely girlfriend and I moved in together.. Evans City represent. We have an awesome place that's not all the far from Pittsburgh.. maybe 35-40 minutes. What's key is that our place is only 10 minutes from our jobs..
Work also has been awesome. Rarely do you hear from people who actually like their job.. but mine is so easy and so rewarding, that it's the perfect fit for me. Plus, I get an $8000 a year raise next month, so that helps..
Besides the Steelers, Shannon and work.. one more thing has come into my life that's been the best thing ever..

If you don't know.. Channel 101 has this webcast show hosted on it's site.. and it brings my best friends and myself countless hours of joy.
Well, it's 1 am.. WAY past my new old man bed time.. Just a quick thanks to all those who made our housewarming party.. and there will be a Christmas bash as well.. I'm thinking Saturday the 17th, or Friday the 23rd..

So tonight marks the return to the scene of the crime.. IUP. If anyone up there reads this.. myself, Arden, Brian, Tony and Adam will all be up... I'm sure the Coney and their cheap beer.. yea.. compared to Pittsburgh. will be where you'll find our dumb asses..
Hopefully I'll see some friends I haven't seen in a while.. I'm excited..

the job until I meet EVERYONE
in the company first..
I get it.. hiring people who are responsible for making you and your company money can be a tricky deal.. so usually a good interview will sift through the dead beats.. but yesterday, I had to meet yet another person. I have driven like 200 miles just in meetings so far.. and they still haven't said I even have the fucking job yet. One thing that I was told, that I thought was awesome.. is that once hired, I get 80 shares a year of Spring/Nextel stock as a bonus..
And just by doing some quick math, that's about a $3000 a year bonus.. Holla at your boy.
Well, after the meeting.. and the subsequent waiting to be called.. Arden and I continued our bar poker tour.. this time at a place called the "Genuine Pub"..
I ended up coming in 8th place out of 17 I think.. I was so pissed toward the end anyway.. this crazy old drunk lady was right next to me.. and had the poker skills of Steve Samluk.. but add some stupidity.
She was so old and so annoying.. not that I hate old people.. just the ones who are drunk and innopropriate at 8 PM on a Wednesday.
Well tonight is usually poker night with the friends.. but with the Steeler game on at 8.. we may have to start a little later than normal.

OK, after a less then stella (sic) test run.. this is officially blog numero uno. If Tony and Herrmann can pull this off.. then why couldn't and wouldn't I..
So I hear that once I leave IUP the Coney has 1 cent drafts on Tuesday.. god damn you IUP and your cheap beer.. I spent $4.25 for a Miller Light draft at some fuck hole of a bar here last week.. and I didn't even enjoy it!
So for those that don't know, about 2 weeks ago I applied for a job at Nextel.. in sales. Well, it seems that Nextel is the hardest company to get hired to.. since I am going all over Pittsburgh to meet and talk to people..
Tomorrow I have an interview with someone who is kinda big there.. Nextel and Sprint merged.. and I am meeting with someone who is helping with the merger.. so wish me luck. This better be the last step in working there..
And speaking of.. who would have thought my asshole job I had at IUP.. Intermedia.. would help so much in getting a job in the real world.. I'll be..
It also seems that I will be going up to IUP this Friday.. I know Adam will be in town from Joysey, get it?.. so hopefully some of you I haven't seen in a long time will be around..
