By the way, the title...

Lost romanticism, yeah. People are so used to typing. That includes me, I'm so used to following my sentences with those cute little smiley faces on the messenger... yup. I was writing on my notebook last week and found myself about to draw a smiley face for expression. It's as if writing alone has never ever in time been capable of reflecting feelings and emotions. That's what internet does to us. Even love letters carry false letters without the touch of our hands and original writing. So romanticism, yeah... I'm adding to it's lost.

I think that I somewhat agree with you on this issue (And I figured that I will add a couple smileys for the kicks)

I don't know if I exactly believe that this is true. Sure, on the internet we learn to shorthand our emotions with smileys, and I think that this is exactly what smileys are - shorthand for broader, deeper emotions within us. There are thousands of words out there. The more we learn, the more capable we are of expressing ourselves to the smallest, most unheard detail.

It's all a matter of exploring this beautiful language, and spelunking it to harvest its delights. Or any language, for that matter. Just push beyond everyday conversation, and the heart of language, and meaning, awaits in all its shades and subtleties.
